CHECK-IN POLICY

Please ensure that you are at Kikuti Aesthetic Spa for your pampering at least 5 minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

When cancelling appointments, we require 24 hours notice as our therapists are scheduled especially for you.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Your treatment will be reduced accordingly to accommodate the amount of time available. We appreciate the moments we get to spend with our clients. To ensure that everyone enjoys a seamless and relaxing experience, we kindly ask for punctuality.
   We offer a grace period of up to 15 minutes. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule to ensure that every client gets the attention they deserve.

 

PAYMENT

All treatments are to settled with cash or card prior to departure.
Tips for the therapists will only be accepted in cash.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS POLICY

Gift vouchers are available and will be issued with a monetary amount, vouchers are valid for a period of 1 year.
Any difference between the voucher and treatment booked to be settled on departure.
